Apple Store Indonesia to Shutdown

Just read twitters from many Apple followers in Indonesia and got this shocking (probably not surprising) news: Apple is going to shutdown their store in Indonesia. One of the main reason is because they have many complaints from buyers in Indonesia saying that they haven't received their items. Apparently their items got held up in our customs! Many buyers who filed complaints have been offered refund immediately as Apple tries to save their good relationship with customers. But I think that buyers from Indonesia do not want a refund instead they want their items delivered to their door right away. So until this "problem" with Indonesian custom has been resolved unfortunately Apple will close their shop in Indonesia. It is really a shame that Indonesian buyers could not in Apple store online due to custom problems. This problem should be cleared by the Indonesian government right away otherwise many international vendors could face the same option as Apple did.
